AGES: Children (9-12), Teens (13-17), Young Adults (18-24) and Adults
Jenna’s career has focused on assisting children and youth, ages 8-18, thrive in their environments. She believes that all children want to succeed and has a passion for helping parents, youth, and school professionals learn the necessary skills.
Jenna also has experience working with families and individuals in the areas of depression, anxiety, anger, parenting, stress management, trauma, ADHD, ODD, and self-esteem. Moreover, she has considerable experience conducting risk assessments and working with individuals experiencing suicidal ideations.
Jenna generally works from a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy approach, however, she has training and experience in other treatment modalities such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. This experience allows Jenna to remain client-centred and adapt from other treatment modalities when necessary.
