Jessica has experience in providing counselling services to youth and adults individually, as well as within group settings. Jessica has worked with those who have struggled with diverse challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, life transitions, stress, grief, and emotional regulation.

Jessica’s approach to counselling is grounded in the belief that all individuals have strengths. Jessica aims is to create a safe space where individuals can learn to further strengthen their coping skills that will result in long lasting changes. Through an effective therapeutic relationship, Jessica will work collaboratively with individuals to help them reach their goals.

Jessica recognizes that all individuals are unique and therefore treatment modalities are tailored to fit the individual’s specific needs. Jessica primarily utilizes approaches from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.
