Creating an online account only requires your name, email and a password. We NEVER share your personal information.
Subsequent bookings from your online account will eliminate the need to repeatedly fill in your personal details with each booking. You will also have access to manage your appointments from your account.
Sandra has over 20 years of experience and is the founder and owner of Body Balance. Sandra's years of experience in volunteer work with the Shumka dancers, track and field, Olympic lifting, hockey, soccer as well local fundraising events has given her the ability to help and mentor many new therapists. Sandra has keen interest in athletics of any kind and has continued to educate herself in modalities such as kinesiology taping etc. Her specialty is deep tissue massage in an interactive environment with her clients. She has fostered a clinic that encourages the constant learning and cooperation between therapists to bring the highest quality of work to each client. The free flow booking system that she has developed and fostered allows clients a great variety of massage experience and education about the needs of their own well being. Sandra is in compliance with the new insurance standards for Manulife, Blue cross and Sunlife.

Serina graduated from an 1100-hour massage therapy program at Foothills College of Massage in 1999. With over a decade of experience in the profession, Serina offers deep tissue, relaxation and pre-natal massage for her clients. When not at the clinic, Serina enjoys cooking and live theatre.
Serina is a member in good standing with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada and is currently working towards her Level 1 Reiki certificate.

Naomi Holmstrom is a graduate of Grant MacEwan's Massage Therapy and Holistic Health Practitioner Diploma programs. Naomi has been working as a Registered Massage Therapist for twelve years and is a member in good standing with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. Naomi provides deep tissue, therapeutic, pre/post natal and infant massage, and relaxation massage. Naomi utilizes a variety of techniques, including Acupressure, trigger point work, myofascial release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, reflexology and passive stretch. Naomi is also an Advanced Reiki practitioner.
Her other interests include spending time in nature, activities with her young family, hiking, and the occasional perusal of literature with a good cup of coffee.
Sara is a member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada and a graduate of the Grant MacEwan Massage Therapy program with 2200 hours of training including modalities such as: hydrotherapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching, sports massage and more. She particularly enjoys providing deep tissue, therapeutic, relaxation, and pre-natal massage to her clients.
Sara is presently finishing her University degree in Kinesiology at the U of A. She looks forward to helping you in your next appointment.
Sara is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Alberta. She is also interested in running, yoga and travel. She is very passionate about fitness and wellbeing.
Stephen is a graduate of the 2200 hour Massage Therapy Program at Grant MacEwan University. He has experience in hydrotherapy, trigger point therapy, manual lymph drainage, joint mobilizations, sports massage, therapeutic exercise and more. Stephen has undertaken a significant career change with the goal of helping clients alleviate pain and return to healthy active function. Stephen also offers Thai massage for those who are looking for an invigorating alternative to conventional Swedish massage.
Stephen has a keen interest maximizing the performance and recovery needs of athletes. He volunteers regularly with track and field athletes, hockey players and swimmers to assist with their training and competition goals.
Stephen is an outdoor enthusiast with a passion for flyfishing Alberta’s pristine streams. He also stays active playing hockey, cycling, skiing, practicing yoga and running with his dogs.
Christian is a fully licensed Massage Therapist with a 3000 Hour Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy diploma which is well above industry standards.
He enjoys his profession and helping his clients work towards and achieving pain free living.
Christian is knowledgeable in a variety of massage techniques which includes deep tissue massage, myofascial trigger point release, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching, neuromuscular techniques,
joint mobilizations, cupping and postural education and more.

Francesco is a direct-billing provider and member of NHPC. He completed Remedial Massage through MH Vicars and is certified in Thai / Orthopedic massage from a background of teaching yoga. His holistic journey started in 2008 and continues to study different modalities, incorporating techniques like deep tissue, trigger point, cupping and myofascial release. Anna Nefedova - RMT
Anna is a Registered Massage Therapist graduated from Alberta College of Massage Therapy.
Over the decades she has been involved in different types of Body Work starting from her years at Odessa State University studying BioScience.
Anna is a current active member of NHPC (National Health Practitioners of Canada Association), CSMTA (Canadian Sport Massage Therapy Association) and SWIS (Society of Weight training Injury Specialists)
while obtaining International Diploma in Sport Massage Therapy she has been involved in volunteering at provincial and national sport events most notably The Longest Hockey game, Alberta Winter Games, Volleyball Nationals,
Fort McMurray Power lifting Open to name a few.

Anna is a bully breeds advocate, she treats dogs as family, is passionate about martial arts, power and extreme sports, loves firearms, photography and design enthusiast and when she actually has free time and loves unwinding playing online video games.
Cheryl is a student in her last year at Makima college. She 2200 hours so far but will complete by the end of the year 3000. hours of study this February. She has been accepted into the Body Balance mentorship program and is learning each therapist at our studio. Cheryl is now a licenced RMT by the city of Edmonton to provide massage, for all insurance companies.

Olga is a student at Makimi college working towards her 2200 hours to become an RMT. She has 1200 hrs and can now charge for her service. Because she is not yet an RMT she is charging $65.00 for a 60 minute massage instead of the normal $90.00 rate. MOST INSURANCE CO.'S DO NOT COVER HER SERVICE so this rate reduction is perfect for those that do not have extended health care or have exhausted their plan.
