Cleaning and Hygiene:

• We are asking you to go straight to the washroom and thoroughly wash your hands when you enter the space.

• Therapists are washing hands before and after each session.

• We are sanitizing surfaces after every session, including washrooms, equipment, tools, common tables, desks, light switches, and door handles.

• Please bring your own water bottle, coffee, tea.

• Payment by tap or e-transfer are options.


Maintaining Physical Distance

• Please do not come into the clinic if you are feeling sick, have traveled internationally or have been exposed. Be aware of the symptoms: Fever, Chills, New or worsening cough, Shortness of breath, New muscle aches or headache, Sore throat, We are happy to rearrange a time or shift to an online or phone session. Please exercise your social responsibility.

• E-counselling will remain an ongoing option. Please use this option if you at all feel uncomfortable or believe you may pose a risk to others.

• Please arrive on time or wait outside the clinic to eliminate waiting room time. Masks must be worn in the waiting area if you plan on using this space before or after your session.

• We are continuing to uphold the 2-meter rule.

• We are staggering appointments to reduce number of people in the space at one time.

STARTING MAY 18TH, AS LONG AS WE ARE ADHERING TO UPDATED GOVERNMENT GUIDANCE, WE WILL BE TAKING BOOKINGS FOR IN PERSON COUNSELLING AGAIN ON A REDUCED SCHEDULE. E-COUNSELLING WILL REMAIN AN OPTION FOR ALL DAYS SHOWING AVAILABILITY.

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that a minimum of one full day (24 hours) is required for any cancellation or change in appointment time. If cancellation or change occurs with in 24 hours of the appointment time, you will be responsible for the full payment of that time slot. *Note: If you are an existing client and are having trouble finding openings that fit an immediate need, please contact your counsellor directly via phone, text or email.
