After booking your Studio Session, you will receive a Confirmation and a Form Request email with a secure link to add information required to prep the studio. You can also access the form from this page, by clicking on "Account" at top right, then "My Appointments" then "AUDITION SESSION DETAILS FORM" under "Outstanding Form Requests" of your appointment date.
This form MUST BE COMPLETED. Failure to do so, may result in your studio session being cancelled.
