TO manage your appointments (BOOKINGS and CANCELLATIONS), or access your invoices, go to "My Account" (top right hand) and then select "My Appointments".
IF you do not get an email confirmation of your booking, your appointment has not gone through.
OCCASIONALLY, if your WiFi connection is slow, a booking attempt may not go through. When you go back, the appointment slot will show as unavailable. Please wait a few minutes and then try booking again!
PLEASE note that clinic days may vary depending on stat. holidays or other reasons.
IF you are booking the appointment for someone else, the appointment needs to be booked under the person's own name.
IF you need an urgent appointment, but can not see any availability, please contact the clinic directly for special arrangements.
Please note a 24hr. cancellation notice is required, otherwise the full fee will be applied. To CANCEL or CHANGE your appointments, please login to your account (top right hand corner) and go to "My Appointments".
