We know you’re busy, so we’ve designed a yoga class to help you make the most of your lunch break. Join Karen for an invigorating midday yoga class created to increase flexibility, strength and body awareness. With the use of a chair, you will be seated or standing, working through a 45 minute gentle flow class that will get you in and out and back at your desk with a clear mind and strong body.
