Julie is a certified Yoga Teacher with over 1100 hours of training. Julie has also been practicing Vipassana meditation since 2007. In 2018 Julie got certified as a Health Coach through the Health Coach Institute. She holds a certification in Plant Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University.
Julie has taught extensively in Toronto, the GTA and Vancouver since 2004. She teaches Modo, Modo Flow, Vinyasa (Flow), Hatha, and Meditation. Her classes are challenging yet fun. Julie aims to make yoga accessible to all levels, especially beginners.
