Dawn's Monday Hatha Flow

This yoga practice encourages mediation and focus. Enjoy a slower Hatha practice focused on postural alignment and breathing techniques designed to align and warm the body, combined with longer held poses designed to target the connective tissues in the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Yin poses can be held anywhere from one to five minutes, allowing you to melt into a range of flexibility as you release and let go all that is hindering you. Suitable for all levels.
