Pam has been a Registered Massage Therapist for 22 years, bringing experience, skill and interpersonal warmth to her treatment room. Each massage is tailored specifically to your concerns using a variety of techniques such as: deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, muscle energy technique, neuromuscular therapy and joint mobilizations as well as therapeutic exercise and home care suggestions.
Pam will determine massage pressure based on your tolerance, preference as well as therapeutic considerations. She has experience assisting clients living with depression, anxiety, PTSD and stress/burnout - providing a sense of relaxation and well-being using a variety of Swedish Massage Techniques.
In her free time, she is either in a dance studio, on her bike or in the mountains enjoying hiking or nordic skiing.
