All patients must self-assess for symptoms the day before and the morning of their apt: https://bc.thrive.health/covid19/en
If you answer 'yes' to any symptoms you must notify us immediately. We can not treat people presenting with COVID symptoms.
HOTMAIL, OUTLOOK and LIVE users:
We have frequent issues with users booking apts and not receiving confirmations. Check that you have received a confirmation email and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have not. We have no way of knowing you have not received it otherwise. Clients are responsible for all apts they book and which we are holding for them, whether or not the clients receive the confirmation email.
24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Our standard policy is clients must provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation or they are charged the entire treatment fee. If you are cancelling with less than 24 hours because of COVID symptoms, email us as soon as you aware of the change with a description of your symptoms to have the cancellation fee waived. If you are cancelling with less than 24 hours, you MUST email us directly at email@example.com. Clients who no-show and do not communicate with us beforehand will be responsible for the entire treatment fee regardless of symptoms.
