COVID 19 PROTOCOLS:
We will send you a Covid Assessment Form the day before your appointment. When you receive it, please complete and submit it ASAP.
If you answer 'yes' to any symptoms you must notify us immediately. We cannot treat people presenting with COVID symptoms.

HOTMAIL, OUTLOOK and LIVE users:
Please double-check for confirmation emails and email us if you don't see one. Clients are responsible for all apts they book and which we are holding for them, whether or not the clients receive the confirmation email.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Our standard policy is clients must provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation or they are charged the entire treatment fee. If you are cancelling with less than 24 hours because of COVID symptoms, email us as soon as you aware of the change with a description of your symptoms to have the cancellation fee waived. If you are cancelling with less than 24 hours, you MUST email us directly at admin@downtowntherapeuticmassage.ca. Clients who no-show and do not communicate with us beforehand will be responsible for the entire treatment fee regardless of symptoms.
