-all patients must complete a self-assessment for Covid symptoms the day before and the morning of their appointment by this link: https://bc.thrive.health/covid19/en
If you have answer 'yes' to any symptoms you must notify us immediately so we can change your appointment. We can not treat people presenting with COVID symptoms.
-If you have travelled outside of BC, please book your appointment for 14 days after your return.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Our standard policy is clients must provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation or they are charged the entire treatment fee. If you are cancelling with less than 24 hours because of COVID symptoms, email us as soon as you aware of the change with a description of your symptoms to have the cancellation fee waived. If you are cancelling with less than 24 hours, you MUST email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Clients who no-show and do not communicate with us beforehand will be responsible for the entire treatment fee regardless of symptoms.
