Sharyn graduated in 2009 from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy with the 2-year diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy. She specializes in deep tissue, trigger point treatment, myofascial release, and sports massage. In 2020, Sharyn completed her Manual Osteopathic Therapy Diploma from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada in Edmonton.
Sharyn has helped people recover from vehicle injuries, sports injuries, stress related pain, and general discomfort. She strives to provide her clients with an effective therapeutic treatment to help release holding patterns and increase range of motion and circulation; bringing relief from discomfort whether it be caused by injury, acute or chronic pain, repetitive movement, or the stress of daily life.
Sharyn is an athlete herself, she has enjoyed playing rugby, volleyball, basketball, softball, slo-pitch, running, and cycling. Sharyn has used her massage therapy to work with both local and international rugby clubs. Sharyn has ‘real-life’ experiences in the injury, pain, and recovery department. She is pleased to be able use her experience to help others overcome obstacles of injury and pain.
Having always enjoyed an active lifestyle, when she is not working Sharyn enjoys hiking and camping, cycling, kayaking, and rugby.
