New 48 hour cancelation starting Oct 1st, 2024
We are able to direct bill most extended health insurances, RMT's are not direct billing ICBC or WCB claims.
Please do not arrive prior to 5 minutes before your appointment start time.
If the door is locked, your therapist will let you in when they are ready to.
It is mandatory to wear a mask or covering while at the front desk and face up during your treatment.
Existing and new clients will have to fill out a new informed consent form, this must be filled out prior to starting your appointment. This will be emailed to you.
New Patients please fill out an online Medical History Form.
An additional email will be sent to you once you book your appointment with a link to fill out the intake form. If you do not see it in your inbox, it could be in your spam folder. Please note that if you have been to the southwest Main and 16th clinic, you will need to fill out another form. The records for both clinics will be separate. If you are booking a Beauty Room appointment, the intake form does not need to be filled.
Please note that while the booking system does confirm and remind you of your appointment, it is the ultimate responsibility of the client to keep track of their appointment. Not receiving a reminder email is not a valid reason for missing an appointment.
Please be advised that a minimum notice of two (2) full day is required for any cancellation starting Oct 1st, 2024. In the event that you must reschedule or cancel with notice less than 48 hours, you will be responsible for the full cost of that time slot.
Thank you,

Belle Parkinson RMT.
I work Monday 11-8, and Saturday 10-7.
I began working at Mount Pleasant Massage Therapy in 2013. Graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1995, I have practiced massage therapy for over 27 years. I am a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of B.C. Through ongoing review and continuing education I am committed to furthering my skills and knowledge.
I work with clients who have a wide range of problems. It is important that I do thorough assessments which helps me choose the best treatments. I use myofascial, osteopathic and Swedish modalities, which include joint mobilization & alignment, visceral (organ) mobilization, neural (nerve) mobilization, and craniosacral therapy. I focus on specific areas as indicated by my clients and my assessments. My goal is to support clients in attaining optimal health (increased well-being, less pain, and more mobility), deepening their understanding of their bodies and assisting with their self-care.
