Due to the increase occurrence of no show appointments, it will now be standard policy to have a credit card on file. This will be taken at your upcoming appointment. This card will not be changed unless confirmed by patient.
For no show appointments or late cancellations (within 24 hours) 100% of the appointment cost will still be due on day of appointment.
