I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BCACC. I have a Masters in Art Therapy from Concordia University and I am also a certified hypnotherapist (through the I.H.A.- International Hypnosis Association) . Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for anxiety and trauma, I also specialize in other modalities including EMDR. I am passionate about helping people reach their mental health and wellness goals with compassion, respect and confidentiality.
