Sara is currently accepting new clients. Sara approaches sessions with an open-mind and authenticity and believes that a client centred approach is important. Sara's main orientation of practice is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) , Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
