I have been passionate about natural health therapies for a long time. The idea of being able to help someone utilizing plants, and botanical substances has always been intriguing.

Having dabbled in essential oils for a number of years, I decided to take formal training on the safe use of essential oils and aromatherapy. Learning about the sense of smell and the amygdala, and the different ways essential oils can help people improve their health, their whole health was amazing. Awe inspiring even. The ways they can affect our emotional health is really what brought me to start Brotherhood ARomatics. Because I saw a deep need for emotional health improvement, particularly among men, a group that is often overlooked, but suffers deeply, and often in silence. And so I am hoping that through my work here at the BAR, I will be able to touch many lives, and bring freedom to those suffering.

Along with the knowledge of their use, discovering the ways that they must be respected, so they don't cause harm! We often don't realize the power they have on the human body. And it's critical to understand that essential oils, while generally safe, are capable of causing harm if abused or misused. So part of my goal is to help educate people to prevent any harm they could cause.
