Danica Keith is an IFS informed practitioner, offering IFS sessions integrated with EFT (tapping), and Somatic IFS practices. This work shines a whole new light on the human psyche, and can be transformational for anyone looking to find more harmony, confidence, and peace within themselves.

IFS-informed Practitioner
Danica is an IFS-Informed Practitioner who is passionate about helping people to heal, grow, and become more connected to the wisdom and joy of their true selves.
Her personal studies and practices have included deep dives into Buddhism, meditation (retreats and daily practice), Shamanism, 5Rhythms dance, yoga, and mindfulness. She currently lives on a beautiful property on the Sunshine Coast, BC, where she enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, dancing, walking her dog, and spending intimate time with her friends and family.
Danica has many years of experience and training in massage, energy work, Craniosacral Therapy, shamanic journeying, somatic awareness techniques, EFT (emotional freedom techniques, aka 'tapping'), and IFS. She is working primarily with IFS now, both as support staff with IFSCA, and privately with her own clients.
Danica truly believes, from her own journey through debilitating anxiety, and from working with others, that we all have the capacity for immense healing and transformation. She offers a gentle presence, holds a clear, safe space, and guides you with compassion on an exploration of your inner world.
