Cancellation Policy

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have modified our Cancellation Policy: We have removed the 24 hour limit to patients cancelling appointments if they feel unwell, suspect that they have been exposed to an active case of COVID-19 or have been asked to isolate by Public Health Authorities. If you are feeling unwell, have loss of smell or taste, body aches, fever, diarrhea, vomiting, sore throat, dry cough, sneezing or think you have been exposed to somebody that has these symptoms or has been diagnosed with COVID-19 we would rather you cancel your appointment and seek medical attention or call 811. For others we require 24 hours notification for changing or cancelling appointments. Fairview Massage Therapy Centre is committed to providing exceptional care. Unfortunately, when one patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. If you do choose to cancel an appointment please call us at 604-732-5221, before your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations.
