Ola believes in the body’s innate ability to heal. Her treatments encourage empowerment, grounding, and stillness. While her approach varies depending on your individual needs and comfort, it is always slow and methodical.
Before moving to Vancouver and entering into massage therapy, Ola finished a degree in fine arts, majoring in painting.
Along with painting, she enjoys rock climbing, cycling, playing the piano, and practicing yoga. She looks forward to meeting you.
Emma's grounded demeanor and strong, slow treatments provide a space for self-awareness and integration for all of her clients, whether in cases of healing from acute injury, working through chronic pain and systemic condition management, or enjoying holistic relaxation and release. Client-centered care and collaboration is at the core of her massage practice, as well as guiding the breath as a tool to deepen and expand the experiential capacity of the nervous system. Her goal is to support you in cultivating curiosity and attunement in the intentions that you bring to the treatment room.
With a background in fine art and somatics, a reverence for tactility and self expression has been central to Emma's life from an early age. She graduated with honors from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2022 and knows her learning from the human form will be life-long. A few of her favourite things to spend her time doing include sleeping, gardening, cooking and baking, weaving, and dancing.

Fabio believes that the body has a remarkable ability to heal itself, and the role of any practitioner is simply to give it the tools to achieve it. The founder of Osteopathy, Andrew T. Still, once said "Find it, fix it, and leave it alone."
In his hometown of Rio de Janeiro, Fabio gained a lot of experience treating people from different age groups from kids to the elderly, and both professional and amateur athletes. He treats a vast array of complaints, not only restricted to sprains or muscle spasm, but also digestive issues, insomnia, and some types of headaches.

Originally from France, Nawale is a Cranio-Sacral Therapist and Vagus Nerve Certified Practitioner, whose own personal and deeply transformative Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CST) treatment, led her on a journey to becoming a CST Practitioner and one of North America’s rare Certified Osteodouce Practitioners; Osteodouce is an energetic osteopathy modality.
Nawale is French bilingual and received extensive training at The College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy in London, UK, for one year while completing her Anatomy-Physiology-Pathology Certification in France, and is uniquely trained in Biodynamic Cranio-Sacral Therapy and Fascial unwinding, a biomechanics form of CST.
CST is an exceptionally gentle yet extremely powerful light touch healing method. Though CST is non-invasive, it is deeply transformative and can help release deeply ingrained trauma and emotional blocks without having to talk or relive the trauma.
In CST, the body speaks and the therapists’ hands listen. Nawale creates a safe and quiet space to engage, support, release and reorganise the Cranio-Sacral system through a unique touch that is equated to the weight of a butterfly.
Nawale can help to address various levels of trauma. They can be simple in nature to more complex and persistent health issues like: headache, back pain, brain fog, sciatica, endometriosis, physical and emotional blocks, shock and trauma, injuries, depression, anxiety, concussion, fibromyalgia, post-Covid symptoms, TMJ, fatigue, allergies, skin diseases, PMS, stress, IBS, birth trauma and more.
CST is safe for newborns, as well as pregnant and labouring women.
If you’re located in Vancouver or the Lower Mainland and are in need of a Cranio-Sacral Therapist, Nawale is currently accepting clients as well as ICBC claim patients, who can be reimbursed up to $1,000.
