NO SHOW/CANCELLATION/LATE ARRIVALS
No shows results in our therapists not being able to provide therapeutic care to other clients. We require 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment. If we are unable to fill your cancelled/missed appointment, we will require that a cancellation fee equal to 60% value of your service be paid prior to booking any future appointments.
Late arrivals will still be billed for their original service booking. Treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for the next booked client.
