NO SHOW/CANCELLATION/LATE ARRIVALS
No shows results in our therapists not being able to provide therapeutic care to other clients. We require 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment. If we are unable to fill your cancelled/missed appointment, we will require that a cancellation fee equal to 60% value of your service be paid prior to booking any future appointments.
Late arrivals will still be billed for their original service booking. Treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for the next booked client.

Melody has completed a 2 year program of 3000 hours advanced clinical massage therapy in Edmonton. Additionally she has studied physical therapy for 3 years and has a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the Philippines. Melody has 10 years experience working as a nurse both in the Philippines and Saudi Arabia. She is now bringing all of that prior education and experience to her new career in therapeutic massage here at Indulgence Therapeutic Massage. Together with her previous experience in health care, Melody brings compassion and a strong desire to ease the pain and tension of her clients.
