Cancellation Policy
Missed appointments will be charged the 50% of the scheduled massage fee. First cancelled appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled massage fee. Subsequent cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice and subsequent missed appointments will be subject to the full scheduled massage fee in order to reschedule. Late Arrivals: Should you arrive late, you will receive the remaining time allotted to your scheduled appointment. The cost of the appointment remains the same. You can cancel or rebook online or by calling. To do so online, please follow the instruction on your appointment confirmation email. Note: I recognize that there may be unforeseen circumstances that are out of your control; therefore I may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
