Reviews
Excellent atmosphere. Extremely professional masseuse. Very courteous. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
My first session with Colette was refreshing - She made me feel welcome, and empowered to advocate for what I needed. Her consent-based approach based on pain tolerance, mindfulness and breathwork was unlike any other RMT session I have attended previously - In a great way! She is extremely knowledgeable and uses her skills to provide an holistic, functional assessment focused on recovery. I can’t wait to be back!
Incredibly thorough and thoughtful therapist. I felt very safe and well taken care of seeing Collette. Very good at adjusting pressure and redirecting if needed. Great massage!
Exceptional experience with Kollette. Her skilled touch and personalized approach left me feeling completely rejuvenated. The atmosphere was soothing, and Kollette expertly addressed my areas of tension. Highly recommended for a truly refreshing massage experience!

My focus, whether through a deep tissue treatment or a relaxation massage, is to aid in the calming of your nervous system and respect its varying limitations. Using a variation of myofascial release techniques, trigger point therapy, and/or cupping, I take the time to address your pain while staying within your tolerance, ensuring effective treatment without causing increased and unnecessary discomfort.
Please be patient with me as my hours change through the seasons, as I am currently pursuing my Acupuncture Accreditation at Grant MacEwan University, graduating in the Class of 2026.
Should none of the times that you find on our site work within your schedule, please feel free to reach out to the clinic so we can try to accommodate your needs.

I am a graduate of the Massage Therapy Program at MacEwan University. Thanks to my time at MacEwan University I have a large toolbox of techniques at my disposal such as Relaxation (Swedish), Therapeutic, Pre/Postnatal, and Sports Massage, along with Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Joint Mobilizations, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) / Muscle Energy Technique (MET).
I can also recommend homecare plans - to help you take care of yourself in between treatments.
Assessment is part of a normal course of treatment, which may include: Reflex testing, Dermatome and Myotome testing (testing nerve supply to skin and muscle), Isotonic and Isometric muscle testing, range of motion (ROM) active and/or passive.
A common theme among massage therapists is a desire to help people from an early age. I was drawn to massage as a way to help people and the program at MacEwan University really focussed that desire. I came to understand how much of an impact massage can have on people’s lives.
Massage therapy can be effective at not only treating physical issues but also potentially improving mental health.
Consent is a key component in my approach to massage, I believe that everyone deserves to feel safe and have a voice in their treatment with the guidance of a massage therapist to help achieve their goals.
My goal with every patient is to alleviate pain, offer education on when to seek treatment, and to help people help themselves between treatment to encourage autonomy.
