Cancellation Policy

If you have to change or cancel your appointment we require a minimum of 24-hours notice. If you are unable to provide adequate notice, the full fee will be charged for your appointment. We understand that unexpected situations and emergencies may occur. Each case will be given thorough consideration by your Independent Associate Therapist. If we are able to fill your late cancellation there will be no charge. Repeat late cancellations and no-shows are a deep concern for us. Canceling within our standard 24-hour policy will help others benefit from treatment and help you avoid late cancellation fees.
