Cancellation Policy

NO-SHOW & 12-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 12 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Any cancellation with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The full rate will be charged for a “no-show” 15 minutes after the appointment start time. Full charges will be imposed for a “no-show”. Appointments cannot be rescheduled with less than 12-hours’ notice. Services booked online require a credit card to guarantee the booking. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. A late arrival will result in a shortened treatment, without discount, to accommodate other guests fairly. Our spa therapists are not Registered Massage Therapists.
