At Alpha & Omega, we are registered massage therapists who are interested in your well being. We care about our clients and our treatments are patient-focused. We acknowledge your concerns and modify massage treatments to suit your needs. We take time to educate our clients on proper posture and ergonomic habits, and we recommend stretches as part of the post-massage maintenance program.

Our goal is for everyone within our reach to feel their best. Massage therapy is an important step to help you reach that goal and is part of a healthy life style! The purpose of massage therapy is to prevent muscle and joint pain, maintain good function, rehabilitate injuries, helps relieve muscular tension and stress.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointments 60min or less and 48 hours for appointments more then 60 minnotice to cancel appointments. Late cancellations or no shows may incur a late cancellation fee.
