Cancellation Policy

To honour the wellness needs of our patients, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled visit, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of the visit, as that time could have been used by another patient in need. If you cancel an appointment 3 times, you will no longer be able to schedule with Campbell River Naturopathic - we here seek to serve patients who are committed to showing up and doing the work.
