I am Kelly Gerhart RMT.

I'm passionate about confidentiality, mutual respect and practicing massage modalities that effectively serve many body systems. I am dedicated to working within our scope of practice, having attended the 3000 hour massage therapy program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy, graduating in 2014.

My practice offers conscious, sensitive, manual skill, with a moderate to deep pressure, focused on improving musculoskeletal and nervous system well-being.

The principle techniques I use are:

- General Swedish Massage
- Trigger Point Therapy
- Myo-Fascial methods
- Deep Heat Stone work
- Ligament Referral Patterns

Stress, lack of sleep, muscle tension/pain, and excess stimulation of the “fight, flight or freeze” response of the sympathetic nervous system challenges all of us. Various levels of physical and mental “overwhelm”, may cause emotional discomfort and anxiety, for which massage has been known to benefit.

During treatment, I encourage interactive participation while providing appropriate, individually tailored treatment:

- Provide stretch/strength exercises to address postural patterns
- Joint range of movement
- Breath-work for easing stress, tension and pain
- Promote deep relaxation, increased vitality and rejuvenation.

My personal interests are all things health, including the arts, yoga, beach walks and cold water (ocean) immersion therapy. I uphold confidentiality, while respecting the various states of mental, physical health of everyone in my care.

RATES: Full FEE is required on day of service, RMT # provided for insurance reimbursement.
