- We require 24hr cancellation notice otherwise the full fee for service will be applied. No show will require payment of missed appointments and payment in advance before rebooking.
- We have zero tolerance for verbal aggressions and/or rude behaviors. Services will be declined indefinitely.
- We do not accept MVA or WCB cases.
- Please show up 15 min in advance. Late arrivals will shorten treatment time. We will not be able to extend the treatment duration.
- City of Calgary Parking rate is now in effect and Exige does not reinburse parking.
- A few of our therapists are allergic and sickly react to cannabis, tobacco, and strong fragrances; We reserve the right to decline services for health reasons.
- We are an environmentally conscientious establishment, your receipts will be conveniently emailed to you.
- We are a non-sexual therapeutic massage establishment. Any sexual requests will be reported to the police department.

All around amazing experience! Pulled a muscle in my back and couldn't wait until next week to see my Chiro because of the pain. Luckily I was able to get a same day appointment at Exige. Arriving at the spa, Dr. Amanda was very warm and welcoming, which goes along well with the interior and décor of the spa itself. The massage itself was exactly what I needed. In the past I've hated getting deep tissue massage because of how painful it was just getting the massage, but when Dr. Amanda went in to get the deeper muscle problems, it was probably the most relaxing part of the massage as I could feel the muscle giving way to her masterful hands. It was nice being able to put on my jacket when leaving and not wince in discomfort. As a testament to Dr. Amanda's commitment to customer service, during the massage I swore I felt a third hand before realizing a second person was working on me. After the massage she explained that my back was in such a bad way that she didn't feel an hour was long enough. Instead of up-selling me or doing half the job, she brought in a second person to make sure my back was done right. I was sold on coming back just because of how relaxing and stress relieving the massage was, but the customer service I received ensured I would become a regular.
I'd describe my appointment as...the finest relief I've had in 2 months post injury. After two intensive months of Dr. Amanda's acupuncture, heat, massage, nutritional counselling and electrical stimulation of my lower back I am fully mobile once more. However it took work, dedication, time and belief in the process she put me through. I had my health on the line and in jeopardy: so I was a willing person wanting to do everything in my power to get mobilized.
Traditional physiotherapy by the best in Calgary only only left me in intolerable pain, addicted to pain killers. Surgery was my only option and they offered me no full recovery guarantee. I had run out of options with traditional Western medical procedures. My MD did not know what to do. I was referred to the Spinal Care Clinic.
Today I am mountain biking 30 kms 3 x a week and will build to 60 km rides 3x a week. with little or no pain and fully mobile. My volcano and underwater photography is no longer a dream but a certainty. Trust Dr. Amanda and her staff. They do exactly what they say they will. But you have to be prepared to follow their plans.
