905-333-4713Cory is passionate about the field of Massage Therapy and all it has to offer, whether it be for preventative treatment, recovery, or maintenance. Cory’s style offers deep tissue as well as therapeutic-oriented work by incorporating a variety of Swedish techniques in addition to Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Lymphatic Drainage.
He is thorough with assessments and is dedicated to treating root causes of injuries, problems, and concerns. Cory is committed to providing individualized treatments to ensure your needs are met because client care is his number one focus.
Over the years, Cory has been an active participant in many sporting events ranging from various team sports such as football, rugby, and track & field. Community outreaches have included marathons, soccer, and volleyball tournaments. Through participation and education he has gained a practical knowledge of the types of movements required by multiple sports and is able to understand challenges of experiencing injuries.
Rei’s mentality is to first assess the individual needs of the client, then based on the client's goals, build a treatment plan including one or more modalities to treat the body as a whole. His knowledge of human physiology and whole body integration (quality of sleep, natural nutrition, optimized movement, strength training, and breathing) are a driving force for his passion as a therapist. Rei is a graduate of CCMH with experience in mobility, myofascial techniques, and trigger point therapy.
Rei believes in using manual myofascial release and active mobilization techniques, which require movement during the session, coupled with breathing techniques and exercises to follow up. He has a specific interest with nervous system issues such as vertigo, tinnitus and TMJ related problems (headaches, migraines, and pain).
