Her professional journey began with a degree in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan Institute of Technology, where she gained experience treating sports injuries and working with various athletes and teams. However, Dawn sees herself as a generalist, specializing in treating the body as a whole. She is deeply committed to helping those with acute or chronic conditions, including autoimmune disorders, using osteopathic and movement-based approaches.
Osteopathy is a holistic form of manual therapy that emphasizes the body's structure and function. Based on the principle that the body is capable of self-healing when its systems are in balance, Dawn applies these osteopathic principles in her practice. By addressing the relationships between the musculoskeletal, nervous, and circulatory systems, she helps the body remove obstacles to healing.
As a Pilates instructor specializing in both mat and reformer techniques for the past 10 years, Dawn integrates Pilates with osteopathic principles to support overall well-being. She uses a blend of movement and manual therapy to optimize her clients' function, mobility, and health.
Outside of her clinical work, Dawn remains committed to lifelong learning and education. She regularly works out, staying active and embodying the principles she teaches, fostering a harmonious connection between movement, wellness, and healing.

Rei’s mentality is to first assess the individual needs of the client, then based on the client's goals, build a treatment plan including one or more modalities to treat the body as a whole. His knowledge of human physiology and whole body integration (quality of sleep, natural nutrition, optimized movement, strength training, and breathing) are a driving force for his passion as a therapist. Rei is a graduate of CCMH with experience in mobility, myofascial techniques, and trigger point therapy.
Rei believes in using manual myofascial release and active mobilization techniques, which require movement during the session, coupled with breathing techniques and exercises to follow up. He has a specific interest with nervous system issues such as vertigo, tinnitus and TMJ related problems (headaches, migraines, and pain).
