My Physiotherapy practice is founded on the principles that I will primarily empower you to heal yourself.
I use a blend of hands-on techniques, massage, instrument assisted, and joint mobilizations to help your body get into healing mode. The sessions are always 1-on-1 and I will provide you videos of your home exercises and self care plan.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact me to cancel or re-book, if it is less than 3-days prior to your appointment. Please provide your reason; Cancellation within 24-hours of appointment: fee due to sickness is waived. Cancellation fee due to work is 1/2 price of the appointment. No good reason is full charge for the appointment.
