Julie Roberts, MOT (R4)
Manual Osteopathic Therapist

By design, our bodies, cells, nature and cycles of life exemplify a creative flow that is expansive,
continuously evolving and mysterious. Ever since she can remember Julie has been fascinated
with natural remedies, plants, energy and the universe at large. She believes healing is an
evolving concept just like forms of treatment and self-care.
Julie is thankful to have taken the Manual Osteopathic Therapy program at Tidal Elements in Vernon, through the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada. The program provided an expansive period of growth in knowledge and skills, integrating well with her massage therapy and holistic approach to healing. Julie’s toolbox holds a wealth of knowledge, over 20 years experience as a bodyworker, natural health, yoga, movement medicine and self development programs and studies. Most recently, Julie has expanded into somatic awareness, touch and exercises providing further opportunities to evaluate, explore and retrain patterns in the nervous system. Courses include Trauma Informed Somatic Intelligence, Trauma Imprint Repair processes and Hanna Somatic Exercises.
Julie takes every opportunity to breathe deeply, dance, hike, bike and immerse in the beauty of
the Okanagan. She looks forward to sharing her gifts and continuously evolving skills with clients at Tidal Elements.
