About Our Business

Tidal Elements is a unique holistic healing arts studio specializing in Floatation Therapy, Registered Massage Therapy, Craniosacral Sessions, Yoga Therapy, Healing Bodywork, Energy & Metaphysical Sessions, Osteopathy and Midwifery. We have a wide variety of classes and workshops, including: Yoga, Meditation, Crystal Bowls, Sound & Dance Workshops, Biodynamic Craniosacral Trainings, and much more.

Payments: Please be advised that each Practitioner accepts their own payments after the session is complete. As the Practitioner's payment methods may vary individually, please bring cash or cheque for your first visit. Feel free to call the clinic at (250)-306-9283 to ask what other methods of payment your Practitioner may take.

Parking: We have 6 parking spots reserved for Tidal Elements customers. If those parking spaces are full, please park on the street, or in the parkade on 31st Ave (one block East of Tidal Elements).

Float Therapy Session: Have you booked a float? If so, we require that all float participants have not dyed their hair in the last two weeks, received any tattoo work in the last month, nor have any open cuts or wounds on their body; and it is recommended not shave the day of your float. Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes early for your first appointment to sign a waiver and get your orientation started, which is required upon your first float session.

Other Modalities: Do you know all of the requirements of the specific therapy you are undergoing; what is expected in terms of pre-therapeutic engagement and how to get the most out of your experience? If not, please call Tidal Elements Reception to seek clarification. We are here for your healing needs.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the day that could have been filled by another patient in need. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss an appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of $25. Note: We only accept cancellations over the phone, please call (250) -306-9283. One of our receptionists will be happy to help you find a new date and time to reschedule, if requested. Thank you!
