Medical Service Plan Rate (for qualifying patients)
If you don't see any appointments available in the time you're looking for, or would like to be added when new patient opening are available, please contact Loni or add yourself to the Wait List.
A Massage Therapy Appointment Time Includes:
- all assessment & evaluation,
- discussion, including risk, for valid consent to treatment, patient education,
- administration (including the time to do Direct Billing, payments, re-booking)
- actual 'hands-on' time
(As per guidelines set by the RMTBC)
Cancellation Policy
The full rate of the appointment will be charged if an appointment is changed, cancelled, or missed, without 24-hours notice,
exceptions dependent on medical emergency, or illness.
With concerns of infections diseases, there will be leniency with last-minute cancellations to ensure patient and therapist safety.
Unfortunately, there can be no guarantee for re-booking appointments if either you or Loni needs to cancel the treatment due to illness.
New Patient?
Otherwise, please select an appointment time to reserve for yourself.
You will receive an email called "PENDING"
Once I confirm on my end, the booking will be completed, and you will be sent an email called "BOOKED."
If that appointment is no longer available, I will contact you for an alternative time, and your initial reserved booking will be emailed as "CANCELLED."
This allows you to see all the options I have, and book more than one option to let me know what will work for you. It also allows me to juggle my limited times among all my patients, and still have online booking available.
I will be as prompt as possible in confirming or declining appointments.
